STONER® Refund Policy

At STONER®, we take pride in the quality, creativity, and authenticity behind every product we ship. Each order is handled with care and inspected before leaving our facility.

Because every item is made and fulfilled specifically for your order, we do not issue refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace or resend your item at no extra cost.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, please check with the carrier first. If unresolved after 48 hours, email us and we’ll assist in locating or replacing the package.
